We do answer questions if they are emailed to questions@pinewoodalternatives.com although we don't do it
daily.
Refund Policy:
We only have one condition under which we will refund a purchase and that is in the
case where a purchaser accidently purchases the same download twice
(ie. same product, same purchaser, same credit card) and this only if both were within
30 days of each other and 30 days has not passed since the 2nd purchase.
If you have accidently double ordered, you must forward your 2nd email receipt to refunds@pinewoodalternatives.com. If
we can validate the double purchase we will reverse the last charge. Please allow 30 days for this to happen.
